The bill levies a tax on hemp consumable THC products. The tax for such products, except for beverages, is 60% of the wholesale price. The tax for hemp consumable THC beverages is $2.25 per gallon for such beverages sold in bulk, and $0.29 per pint or fraction thereof for hemp consumable THC beverages sold in containers of less than one gallon.
