Score Reason

Senator Gayle Harrell has been on both sides of Cannabis. She was one of our main opponents in the attempted passage of THC caps in the Senate and introduced a bill that passed into law which prevents Medical Marijuana from being used during rehabilitation from substance abuse. She also filed a bill on our behalf in 2024 that would have fixed a compliance issue with Medical Marijuana edibles packaging.
